Vegan Diet:

You can have a variety of fruits and vegetables, including foods that are good sources of vitamins A and C. When you like to have milk or dairy products, you should choose fat-free or nonfat and low-fat varieties.

Please don’t forget to keep your intake of sweets and fatty foods to a minimum because these foods are high in calories. Eggs are also high in cholesterol.

It is very well known that vegetarians seem to have a lower risk of obesity.

But don’t forget that if vegetarian diet contains too many calories or saturated fat and not enough important nutrients, it can be also unhealthy.
